New York and London, January 4, 2022 /PRNewswire/- (NASDAQ:STGW) Stagwell, the rival network built to transform marketing, today announced its acquisition of Goodstuff, a 130-person full-service media buying and selling agency headquartered in London.

Goodstuff joins newest global marketing services company to accelerate and expand growth.

The Goodstuff team will join the Stagwell Media Network, a group of leading multi-channel agencies of more than 3,000 experts with extensive global reach in 20 countries and 40 offices, managing nearly 5 billion dollars in the media. The network offers an alternative to the status quo offered by the old holding companies. As a more dynamic partner between B2C and B2B, with solutions encompassing media, data, technology and content, Stagwell Media Network is growing by double digits during a period of sustainable transformation and expansion.

Goodstuff provides complementary and additional customer services, including communications strategy, full turn media delivery, and innovative solutions for discerning clients, including Ovo, AA, On The Beach, Yorkshire Tea, Cazoo and Hello Fresh. As a top-tier brand and a highly respected business in a key global market, Goodstuff will work to increase media network innovation, scale, and creative thinking.

“We welcome Goodstuff as an important part of our strategy to create a truly global and competitive media operation. When we created the Stagwell Media Network, we set out to build a collaborative and cohesive network of global media agencies that are at the forefront of media, data and technology,” Stagwell Chairman and CEO Mark Ben He said. “Adding Goodstuff with its proven track record of innovation continues to realize our vision of transforming marketing.”

“I am pleased to welcome the founding partners Andrew Stephens And Ben Hayes And the entire Goodstuff team is in the network. What drew us to the agency, he said, was its world-class leadership and unwavering focus on people, culture and work.” James Townsend, Global CEO of both Stagwell Media Network and the network’s main media agency, Assembly. “Following a series of successful collaborations with Assembly in the UK, we see the potential of our network to build something truly special, progressive and exciting in the marketplace.”

Goodstuff will continue to provide innovative planning, purchasing, data and digital services to progressive and ambitious brands and will now be able to provide an additional suite of solutions from across Stagwell. Following the 10-year anniversary of multi-channel planning and purchasing, the company will continue operations under the Goodstuff brand located in London led by founders Andrew Stephens And Ben Hayes.

“Goodstuff’s unwavering mission is to be the most innovative media agency in the world, and to help accelerate our next phase, we wanted to join a network that could deliver world-class capabilities in data, technology and digital. At Stagwell, we didn’t just find these services,” said Stevens and Hayes. But it has also found a partner that perfectly aligns with our culture of entrepreneurship, invention, and progress.” “We have been hugely impressed by Stagwell’s stature and ambitions, their senior leadership team, and the breadth of modern, world-class marketing brands in the group.”
