This role suits someone who loves a challenge, and is hungry to be a part of something [really] distinct. The right candidate will be passionate about what they are doing and will have a good understanding of campaign management, paid social advertising, ability to attract clients with excellent wordplay abilities.

Experience and passion for eComm would be very helpful, but not necessary.

When reporting to our Account Manager, you will be empowered to take ownership of your business, as well as contribute to team planning and marketing strategy. You will work in a collaborative and friendly environment, surrounded by other creative, talented and technical people.

So what is an ordinary day in life like? Well, it would be:

  • Lead the delivery of our advertising campaigns on social media, including copywriting, image sourcing, reporting, audience building, and regular optimization
  • Develop and implement organic content marketing strategies across multiple social media platforms for a wide range of clients.
  • Written transcript for both paid and organic content across multiple channels and industries.
  • Monitor and optimize advertising budgets and campaigns
  • Hit advertising KPIs across multiple channels [Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and more]
  • Attending client meetings to explain advertising strategies and results to clients
  • Advise clients on opportunities within other advertising channels
  • Strengthening relationships with our diverse client group
  • A commitment to lifelong learning, so you can stay on top of the latest digital marketing technologies and trends i.e. you always read/listen to what our beloved digital marketing communities have to say, and are always up to date.

The main selection criteria

  • Relevant university qualifications preferred, but solid experience in a field you are passionate about is equally attractive to us [!]
  • You’ve successfully implemented high-performance Facebook ad campaigns for a group of clients, and on the other side? You can wear your detective hat when they are not performing, and be able to make necessary adjustments [or have the necessary conversations with clients] To ensure you get these results back where you want them!
  • Try setting up tracking tools: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel
  • You little FB Business Manager + FB pixel whisperer
  • Over 3 years of experience in a similar digital marketing role within an agency setting
  • Proven experience using online measurement tools
  • Strong copywriting skills
  • Data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Clear thinking, high empathy and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Passionate about all things digital and proud of your work
