Lucabe joined the RED VELVET team in 2019 as Senior Director of Business Development and came from T3, where she was the Client Portfolio Manager. Prior to that, she led the customer services teams at New York City In a number of marketing, branding and advertising agencies and led teams at Target, Chubb Insurance, Coca-Cola, Dove, Kraft-Heinz, IHG, and Procter & Gamble. It was also there that she founded a rebellious underground restaurant operation with her friend called Homeslice West that ran for several years, and was picked up by publications such as Bon Appetit, The New York Post, and Food & Wine.
