Iris Chicago welcomes the newest addition to the team, a famous creator, with a very rich background, Jason Suit, as the new Executive Creative Director.
The hiring is part of the explosive growth happening across Iris North America through a series of high-profile agency account wins, including being named the Bentley Motors benchmark agency for experience and PR, and winning the strategic and creative account for retail giant Winn-Dixie to become the brand’s registered agency and turnaround. Digital HR Cloud Solutions, Alight. In addition to winning the new customer, Iris’ range with existing customers such as adidas continues to grow. Last year, the agency was responsible for creating adidas’ unified global brand platform “Sports Ready” throughout the global pandemic and was named lead agency for PayPal.
Joining Iris back in July, Jayson Szott has already worked on developing strong client relationships, empowering teams and leading campaign development across the Chicago office of Alight Research, Zaxby and Lam Research, to name a few. He was also a major part in developing a new business plan.

Throughout his career, Jayson has worked in all media, including television, print, and radio, for all things digital, such as branded content, site building, social and mobile. Jason is a decisive, collaborative digital vet who is deeply rooted in an idea first mindset. For him, it’s the idea first, no matter if it’s broadcast, branded content, digital, interactive experience, social, print, etc., not to mention he’s always at the service of solving real business problems.
Like Jason said, “The best work is born from a real fact, it solves real business problems and creates envy in others. My goal is to do more of this kind of work.”
Previously, Jayson was Group Creative Director at Dentsu mcgarrybowen, where he worked and led accounts for Olive Garden, Capri Sun, Lunchables, Kool-Aid, Maven (GM), Oscar Mayer and JCPenney. Other experiences include working for Razorfish, Digitas, Edelman Digital, Organic, and Doner.
His work has been recognized by Cannes, The One Show, Addys, Effies, and more. However, what he is most passionate about is supporting business growth. Notably, he helped Lunchables become the $5 billion brand in Kraft, helped Olive Garden in 24 consecutive quarters of growth, and successfully helped Jeep launch an all-new vehicle with an interactive feature film.
