Dear Shareholders, Partners, Clients and Supporters,

With the start of the new year, I first of all wanted to thank you all for your continued support. We’ve had a very good year 2021, with increases on all our metrics. To summarize, here are the main points:

physical ability:
In 2021, GlobeX Data was able to raise more than C$13 million (US$10 million) through several private placements between January and November 2021 and through some funding that came from rapid collateral operations due to the rapid increase in the company’s share price in First quarter of 2021. Management participated in 20% of the increases, which indicates their firm commitment to the company as well.

The company closed 2021 with more than C$8.6 million (US$6.7 million) in cash and zero debt. The company is in a strong financial position to continue its operations in 2022.

Cash on hand improved 2,200% at the end of 2021 compared to the end of 2020; The market capitalization reached over C$52 million on December 31, 2021 for approx. C$6 million at December 31, 2020, an increase of over 850%; Finally, the share price gained more than 203% in Canadian dollars and more than 185% in gains in the share price in US dollars.

The average daily liquidity in our securities increased by 1,000% in Canada and by more than 7,000% in the US OTCQB markets.

In addition, the company received its first analytical coverage from FRC Research and the report can be found on the company’s website under the Investors section: Share-Dec-2021-Coverage-Initiating-FRC.pdf.

Increase Sales:
GlobeX has finally launched its long-awaited program Believe The solution, which has been in the process of revamping, rebranding and new product development throughout 2020 and part of 2021. Sales started in mid-July 2021 and were reflected in the financial statements for the third quarter of 2021 published by the company with an increase of 1,260% in sales and 1, 000% increase in user base, compared to the second quarter of 2021. The increase in sales is a direct result of the company’s marketing and overall brand strategy with its many partners, as shown throughout the year by our news releases.

In addition, the company has signed two telecom distribution agreements to sell SekurMessenger with America Movil in Mexico, selling all Believe Solutions by Dialog Axiata in Sri Lanka.

Marketing and Branding:
The company has embarked on massive brand marketing efforts in the marketplace by promoting itself through more than 200 electronic billboards in New York City, a large billboard in the NASDAQ building, numerous e-mail marketing campaigns, a steady stream of sponsored podcasts, YouTube episodes and more than 300 episode. TV ads monthly on Newsmax, CNBC, FoxBusiness TV, Bloomberg TV and NTD Network. In addition, the company now has its own television segment that is broadcast weekly with new content via the Sekur Privacy and Security Segment and Jane King Interviews from NASDAQ headquarters. The latest viewership metric from Nielsen ratings showed a viewership of 62,500 viewers and has been increasing over time.

These efforts are continuing and growing as we begin our big push in the second quarter with our new efforts SecurMail The application and business packages and solutions of SekurVoice.

Next plan for 2022:

Starting solutions:
GlobeX plans to launch several solutions in 2022, as outlined in the FRC Research Report. The first milestone will come with the full launch of SekurMail and Business Mail solutions in February 2022. The next milestone will come at the end of March 2022 when the company’s SekurMail application is complete and launched. At the same time, SekurMessenger app will allow users to invite non-users to chat privately and securely by only sending SMS invitation to Sekur users to chat. You will notice further improvements between January and March. The launch of SekurVoice is planned for the second quarter and we plan to launch SekurPro, our private and secure video conferencing solution by the third quarter of 2022.

Sales efforts:
The company plans to increase direct marketing, targeted digital marketing and general branding once the SekurMail app is fully launched. Efforts will also include a marketing effort directly targeting small and medium businesses and large corporations, and targeting through partnerships and distributors. Targeted digital marketing will be conducted with partners who specialize in targeting Sekur’s target audience, whether they are consumers or businesses. With better targeting and a lower cost of acquisition (“CAC”), the company will inject more money for this type of sales marketing.

Partnerships signed with telecom operators, such as America Movil and Dialog Axiata, will begin to generate high revenue for the company’s overall revenue stream. The company expects to complete the full integration with the Sri Lankan company Dialog Axiata no later than February 28, 2022 and sales will start in the late first quarter or early second quarter of 2022. Sales through America Movil are already ongoing and will start increasing towards the end of the first quarter of 2022 and will continue to flow Ongoing, barring any slowdown due to COVID-19 disruptions.

The company has two other partnerships in Latin America and is looking to contribute revenue from these two companies during the second quarter of 2022 onwards.

In addition, GlobeX is negotiating several partnerships in the USA and will be announced once signed and ready for publication. We expect to announce two partnerships during January and February 2022.

physical ability:
The company has been involved in many efforts in order to increase shareholder awareness and participation. These efforts should begin to increase exposure to the company’s securities with individual and institutional investors and mutual funds. Efforts consist of digital marketing, road shows not tied to deals, and presentations in person or remotely via digital conferences. The company’s goal is to increase its shareholder base in order to increase liquidity for all shareholders over time and increase awareness of the company and its Sekur solutions. The company has realized that the vast majority of its shareholders are also inclined to buy its products Believe Solution.

The company has enough funds to run its budget through 2022. The company may enhance its balance sheet through more subscriptions, options or private exercises, depending on the opportunities that present themselves for GlobeX Data shareholders. Management believes that any additional funding that may occur in 2022 will benefit the company’s long-term viability and revenue growth.

In addition, the company has expressed its desire to graduate to a higher stock exchange in the United States . Graduation can be in the form of listing on the OTCQX Marketplace or NASDAQ. This effort is now being taken proactively by management and although there are no guarantees of completion or timelines, management has already started taking steps to achieve its goals. More information will be made available throughout 2022 via newsletters to appropriately inform the Company’s shareholders in more detail. Management believes that graduating to a higher stock exchange will raise awareness in the public investment community, and thus increase liquidity in the company’s securities. As part of the management of a public joint stock company, it is important to provide a constant supply of liquidity to all shareholders wishing to trade the company’s securities without major disruptions due to lack of liquidity in the market.

We look forward to increasing shareholder value and increasing our sales and footprint Believe Increase our financial strength and continue the path of profitability we have set for GlobeX Data.

I would like to thank once again all of our contributors, the GlobeX team of engineers and support staff, our management and our customers who constantly support us with their subscriptions to our Sekur solutions. We wish everyone health, happiness and prosperity for 2022.

Warm wishes for 2022.

On behalf of the management
Alan Gayai
President and Chief Executive Officer
