Dave joins PlanSource with more than 25 years of experience driving revenue growth in the benefits, healthcare, and insurance areas. Prior to joining PlanSource, Dave provided strategic guidance for leading brands at the consulting agency HealthShare360, and served as Director of Revenue at bswift, Aetna and CVS Health Company.
As a Customer Relations Officer, Dave will lead Go-to-Market strategy and teams, including sales, sales operations, strategic partnerships and marketing.

Prior to joining bswift, Dave worked as Head of National Distribution at Aetna Medicare. During his tenure, the organization has grown from $800 million to more than $7 billion in annual revenue and has significantly expanded Aetna Medicare’s distribution channels, including the company’s premier intermediary distribution channels, telephone sales call centers, online sales and distribution of Aetna Medicare products to Third Party Exchanges. Additionally, Dave was selected to be part of the internal acquisition team that led to the purchase of bswift.
