Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) Brands Hire Bold to Accelerate E-Commerce Sales Growth. In addition to expertise in direct-to-consumer (DTC) selling on the company’s websites, the company helps brands grow across retailers including Amazon, Walmart, GoPuff, Target, and many more. Esmond, who recently led more than 20 accounts as Head of Shopper Marketing for Mosaic North America, has been a trusted advisor to C-Suite CEOs for more than 20 years. She was also recently recognized by the Path to Purchase Institute as the winner of the 2021 “Distinguished Woman” Award for Mentoring. In her new role, she will lead Bold’s growing team of e-commerce strategists while also helping shape Bold’s service offering. “Going from a large agency to a startup was a risk, but as I got to know the team and learned more about Bold’s unique approach, I was sold. We are building something really special here,” Esmond said.

Wenger, who joins Bold from Arc Worldwide, brings nearly 15 years of retail and CPG experience to the team and has led major campaigns for major brands including Mars Foods, Kraft Heinz, GSK and Walmart. In her new role, she will lead the entire Bold creative and web development team which represents approximately a third of the company. She will also provide strategic advice to clients to help shape digital shelf, acquisition marketing, and other efforts. “I joined Bold because of the people and because they understand how important strategic creativity is on the digital shelf,” Wenger said. “I am excited to be a part of the growth and forging a stronger proposition for our customers.”

In filling these roles, the company specifically sought leaders who could help expand the rapidly growing organization. “Team building skills are more important than ever,” said President Bold Alan Peretz. “In addition to their deep functional and industry experience, Casey and Lee are proven coaches who will bring out the best in their teams.”

The two new leaders join an already accomplished leadership team that includes veterans of Procter & Gamble, Deloitte, Advantage Solutions and more.
