In 2018, the entrepreneur led two programs in partnership with the Disney Institute and some American companies (Whole Foods, Walmart, Apple, Walgreens, and Gaylord Palms) to train executives from supermarket and pharmaceutical industries. In all, there were approximately 96 leaders.

With open borders and a positive outlook in the pandemic scenario, the CEO’s goals are to expand Agency A+’s operations to Florida With immersion programs in executive training as well as other services offered by the agency.

“I was in Orlando To visit some sites for our office opening, I met with some content partners and also with US companies interested in hiring our services. We have great expectations to enter the US market.”

With 14 years in operation, the A+ agency is operated by Tatiana Marzullo, the founder of the company, and Leandro Varghese, Director of Marketing. The two are married with two daughters, and they attribute the agency’s growth to two pillars: shared leadership, and results generation.
